Daily Duties at Beazer Homes:
Designed new home plot plans on Auto Cad, for construction permits, Drew, designed and submitted Model Home Complex’s, Sales Offices, Sales and Construction Trailers. Building plan footprints, typical plot plans for city submittal for new home construction. I’m able to coordinate new developments from preliminary plat, final plat, landscape drawing, model home sales office complexes. Draw home plot plans identifying home placement and septic placement, necessary paperwork and percolation calculations for septic permit. Assist superintendents, and sales personnel, organize and submit necessary documentation to city municipalities.
