Daily Duties at Michael And Associate:

Worked with Engineers and Architects in organizing their new final plat, new subdivision. Upon approval of the new plat, assuring all dry and wet utilities were shown on each individual lot I would break them apart and place them in their title block, which indicated the address, parcel number, north direction, new subdivisions required setbacks per the municipality the community was build in. Upon city approval of construction plan I would draw the individual footprints to place on the lot with the required setback where the new home buy requested. Prior the release of production I would do and initial lot fit to verify which plan would fit within the city’s required setback, as well as a lot, and lot matrix, that would list locations of fire hydrants, electric meter, water meters, ADA handicap ramps, all that interferers with the placement of the new home. Upon completion of new subdivision, Model Home Plans are drawn up and submitted to the city for approval. Daily plot plans are drawn per the home builders plans and placement. Individual Billing was done each month based on the of work requested. Auto Cad 2004, Scanners, Excel, and Microsoft Word, and the ability to read blue prints, and assisted with the phones.
