Prepare offer letter, offer books and Cypress welcomes. Help out new hire to set up his cube/office Order office supplies and maintained inventory including fax machine and printers etc. Ordering laptops, software, phones, projectors, business card, gift cards for moral booster. Responsible for department FEDEX Admin rights. Lead Departmental 2nd Harvest Food Drive, American Heart Associations Drive ? Receive deliveries and coordinate department facilities needs. Responsible for maintaining Purchase Req & PO files. Responsible for preparing Ops Review books & Tabs. Coordinate large events, conference logistics and catering. (Xmas party, DCD Summer Caribbean Party) Provided support to the marketing team for the 2004 & 2005 PSoC tour, an annual sales and marketing conference, by organizing all the catering, ordering t-shirts and other gift paraphernalia and purchasing banners and flyers to promote the event.
