Daily Duties at Washington Mutual Bank:
Responsible for all daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Created and maintained spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and Visio organization charts, flow charts, floor plans. Maintained calendar, monitored, managed and responded to emails. Supported ten managers, approved time cards for temporary/contract help, maintain temp/contract records and act as primary contact with staffing agencies, onboarding, terminations, computer access, contact lists, tracking pipeline and funding data, served as on-site HR contact, filtered resumes, set interviews, follow-up with applicants, reviewed/approved supply requisitions. Prepared agendas and took minutes at weekly manager meetings and monthly meetings with sales. Maintained all on-site HR files, arranged travel, meetings and events. Hired/trained/supervised other administrative personnel.
