Daily Duties at Indymac Bank:
Manage department responsible for ensuring quality and saleability of mortgages, maintaining consistent levels well above metric. Create spreadsheets, reports and flow charts for tracking department statistics and procedures. Maintain Outlook calendar for department. Review daily Post Closing reports, clear deficiencies, correct processing errors. Primary contact with treasury, determining daily treasury reserves, wiring all funds for closings and completing unfundings. Cover for Funding and Intake Managers.
