Daily Duties at Dillard's Stores Inc:
*Instituting & Managing Testing & Inspections programs for Dillard’s Brands – 14,000+ styles / year – men’s, women’s and kid’s apparel; accessories and jewelry. *Evaluate products’ performance level; eliminate / reduce the hazard / risk factor from the design concept and enforce the safety / compliance. Recommend, implement and control corrective action plans and their executions; prevent issue / problem recurrence. *Review and evaluate Vendors’ quality level, capacity, performance, ability / potential, compliance. *Consulting the Design and Sourcing Teams on product’s construction, performance, quality and cost. *Communicate quality program’s status and objectives to the Management / Vendors / Partners.
