Long-term assignment to provide administrative support during the construction of the Leprino Cheese Facility. Organized office work flow, managed files, generated reports and correspondence, and served as the initial point of contact for visitors, vendors, and subcontractors. Arranged meetings, arranged travel, kept employee time records, maintained office supplies, and generated expense reports. • Noted and addressed physical changes to architectural drawings throughout the project; tracked cost changes; and maintained and balanced three spread sheets detailing an $11 million parts inventory. • Created a portfolio of more than 3,500 progress photos and completed “as built” and parts identifiers.
