Experienced real estate professional in the sale of residential property to bi-lingual and multi-cultural clientele in Washington, D.C. • Interviews prospective clients to solicit listings. Accompanies prospects to property sites, quotes purchase price, describes features, and discusses conditions of sale or terms of lease. • Designs real estate contracts and/or leases, and negotiates the sale of property. Assist buyers and sellers in obtaining information on services, such as finance, maintenance, and repair, or obtaining an appraisal. • Works with US Department of Housing and Urban Development programs: HUD, Department of Veterans Affairs, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac to provide opportunities for low-moderate income first-time home buyers and investors.
