Daily Duties at Village Profile:
Desktop support in a mixed PC/Mac environment, help desk, network monitoring, performance tuning, communicate with users to resolve any hardware/software issues, trouble-shoot network issues, answering phones, mailing, faxing, stamping, organizing company bulletins. Microsoft Windows 98 I.T. Department. Diagnose user problems related to specific support hardware, software, and networking services. Assist CEO with various projects on a regular basis. Filing, technical support, software purchasing, printing any necessary documents. Regularly meet strict deadlines and schedules. PC Hardware diagnosis. Problem analysis and resolution skills. High attention to detail. Positive disposition to take on new challenges as assigned.
