Daily Duties at Select Staffing:

Provide technical/application support for customers. Interpret problems and provide technical support for hardware, software, and systems. Excellent telephone personality and communication skills. Answer and log customer calls, and maintain constant contact with customers to resolve inquiries or problems. Help Desk Support, desktop support, Guiding client through step by step instructions, resolving any and all customer issues until problem was solved. Tier I and II Support- Using a single-point-of-contact (SPOC) concept, resolve 80% of issues at Tier 1 and 60% at Tier 2. Perform triage on target issues and dispatch complex issues requiring deep level support to appropriate teams. Provide support for Microsoft Office applications, basic networking issues, remote access support, select in house applications, and numerous third-party software applications.
