Daily Duties at General Mills Inc.:
Responsible for exceeding production goals and target expectations. I was able to maintain a 99% efficiency rating saving the Company time and money in their 13 Billion Dollars a year Operations. I made a difference by maintaining and troubleshooting high-speed packaging equipment including case packers and prototypes. Complete paperwork every two hours. Record Data such as serial number, volume, product weight, origin. Meet and exceed company goals of production in a fast paced environment. Troubleshoot equipment regularly, making adjustments as needed. Manufacturing, Production Support, Operations, Packing, Quality Assurance/ Control, Extensive Safety Training, Lockout/Tag-out, Sanitation for AIB, FDA, and other inspections, OSHA training. Employee training on various matters, Battery and power equipment installation, maintenance, and repair. Analyze and troubleshoot defective power equipment.
