Daily Duties at Hi Rise:

THIS WAS A POSITION THAT REQUIRED A HIGH AMOUNT OF TRAVEL. I ONLY SERVICED ALBERTSONS STORES. I WAS RESPOSIBLE FOR 62 STORES IN 3 DISTRICTS. SOME OF MY JOB DUTIES INCLUDE PRODUCTION, FLORAL DESIGNER, STOCKING, SALES FLOOR STANDARDS, PRICE CHANGE PROCEDURES, STORE CODING POLICY, COSTUMER SATISFACTION, CASE\DISPLAY BUILDING, SANITIZING, DISPLAY PRESENTATION, RESOLVE PROBLEMS AND ISSUES, FEEDBACK, ORDER WRITING, GRAND OPENING PRESENTATION, INVENTORY, LABOR GOALS, SAFETY, TRAINING OF ALL NEW CLERKS, GROSS PROFIT REPORTING, REDUCE SHRINK, GOAL MAKING, FLORAL DEPARTMENT OVERALL RUN, IDENIFY ASSOCIATES FOR PROMOTIONS, MAKING SURE OVERALL DEPARTMENT IS IN PROGRAM SET AT ALL TIMES, WROTE NEW FLORAL TRAINING MANUAL FOR ALL STORES, RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN FLORAL CLASSES AND MEETINGS, TRANSFER OF SOME PRODUCT. MY STORES WERE LOCATED IN MANY CITIES. FROM PASO ROBLES, BAKERSFIELD, BURBANK, TO SANTA MARIA. MY JOB ALSO REQUIRED COMPUTER SKILLS. I DESIGNED NEW DOCUMENTS AND SPEADSHEETS.
