Daily Duties at Wpps, Inc.:
Temp service. Last two positions held: (1) spent 8 months working with environmental engineering firm performing an extensive analysis of a hazardous waste thermal destruction facility in support of a multimillion dollar claim for additional compensation from the Army Corps of Engineers. Was instrumental in providing such detailed documentation that the firm was awarded more money than it was expecting. (2) Worked as one of four help-desk personnel at a 500-employee law firm which was undergoing the installation of an extensive computer network. This required a lot of resourcefulness, interpersonal communication skills and the ability to know where to search for answers to questions. The job also involved working hands-on with the hardware, configuring individual computers, and direct instruction to certain high-level users.
