* Contribute to maximizing company's return on technology investments through conducting research and analysis, and advising project managers and business decision makers on corporate governance practices, operations, financial performance, and internal multimillion-dollar IT projects. * Direct project prioritization, metrics-based business case development, portfolio risk mitigation efforts, and IT project interdependencies. * Defined, developed, and built quantitative measurement tool for ranking projects by risk, return, and strategic alignment to company's business objectives.
