Daily Duties at Development Operations:

• Support to the Mini Work Order department which entailed preparing and distributing Mini Work Orders and reports to customers, managing database, monitor status of open orders, and following up on pending items and orders to assure completion, ensure accountability with shop and customer. Thorough and meticulous in performing paperwork reviews. Ordering raw material and purchase parts per requirements and generate alternate approaches to solving problems. • Prepare Development Operations presentation materials such as: • Pie, bar and line charts for measuring time, percentages, averages, etc. • All Hands presentation view graphs, charts, cover sheets and visual effects. • Monitor directorate hours and Cost Charge Numbers on various programs. • Develop performance reports for customer & Program Management • Gathers and reviews information to support the customer and program
