Daily Duties at Supplier Management:

• Responsible for interfacing with required levels of management including Sr. Leaders of the company, maintaining calendar, screens and directs phone calls, preparing reports, graphics presentations, preparing business travel through TRIPS and Travel Manager, preparing and distributing memos, scanning documents, maintain inventory of office supplies, scheduling and coordinating meetings, greets visitors and directs them to their destination.
