organized data, created and maintained spreadsheets, physical files, scheduling, follow-up for promptness and detail, liaison and point of contact, ordered supplies and equipment, auditing contractor and vendor invoices, employee time cards, research discrepencies, proper paperwork for tax and insurance purposes, organized conference calls and meetings, supported A/R, A/P, some exposure to payroll, supported receptionist and file clerk with switchboard, faxing, filing, mail duties and maintaining the office
