• Organized, managed and updated child enrollment data and center-wide waiting lists • Processed tuition, fees and payments • Answered emails, phone calls and mail inquiries about the center • Liaison between parent community/staff community and the center directors • Ordered and maintained supply of classroom, office and food supplies • Processed payroll and inquiries with benefits and leave time • Ran fundraising programs and manage collection of funds • Assisted in Event Planning for university and center-wide events, including the Children’s Camp Program for the Rhodes Scholars Reunion (July 2005) • Observed and kept records on children with special needs • Assisted directors with projects, reviews and bookkeeping • Assisted teachers and assistants in daily routine as needed
