Daily Duties at Pallet Truck Kingdom & Champion Transportation:
Responsible for international and domestic logistics for two companies: 1. Champion Transportation of America Inc. dedicated to manufacture buses and trucks in China and sales them in Africa, Middle East, Eastern Europe, Caribbean, Central and South America. • Coordination of all logistics aspects. • In charge of negotiating freight rates with freight forwarders and carriers • Manage all aspects associated with customer’s commercial documents and international instruments of payments (letter of credit, promissory notes and collections) 2. Pallet Truck Kingdom Inc., dedicated to import from China to USA, Canada and Mexico more than 150 containers per year of pallet jack and distribute to companies Fortune 500 as Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Sysco, Costco and Sam’s Club. • In charge of all coordination of international and domestic logistics. • Manage 2 warehouses. • Organize, monitor and trace customer shipments until arrival. • Dealing with carriers, freight forwarders and customs brokers. • Supervise up to 7 employees in the logistics and warehouse departments.
