Daily Duties at Clore Automotive:
Advise 60-100 end users daily by phone, resolving product application and malfunction issues. Resolve customer problems for all company product lines, including welders, battery chargers, plasma cutters, refrigerant and antifreeze recyclers, lifting equipment, booster pacs, pumps, and pressure washers. Train all new technical service employees as well as service center staff servicing company products. Edit product user guides for clairity and technical correctnes
