Daily Duties at Bell Atlantic:

Executive Support-Training and Development Clerk •Point of contact for all technical and communication training merchants and staff •Manage and negotiate vendor accounts with merchants •Coordinate and accommodate dates, locations and room logistics for training with regards to in-state and out-of-state training merchants and on-site resources •Organize and manage database of staff trained and courses completed •Conduct and maintain staff training surveys for Quality Assurance •Update and maintained executive support binders and assisted Executive Support Manager for VP staff
