Administrative Assistant •Create and prepare daily client-fulfillment reports •Organize and maintain filing systems and mail lists •Compose and post correspondence •Manage and maintain candidate and client information database •Forward marketing materials and offer letters •Organize and assured advertising for the division was implemented. •Assist Division Directors with administrative duties and acted as back-up Support for receptionist and switchboard operator. 3/97-2/98 ROBERT HALF INTERNATIONAL, INC. Receptionist/Switchboard Operator •Answer 22-line switchboard telephone system •Direct callers to appropriate department representatives •Develop and maintain message retrieval system •Register and test computer software skills of new candidates •Collect and maintain candidate tax information
