Daily Duties at Law Economic Consulting Group:

•Act as a resource to Executive Assistants and Corporate staff to ensure all administrative needs were handled adequately - included finding temporary aid and assisted with office projects as needed. •Coordinate and supervised office service staff •Work with Manager and Facility Operations to implement the needs and expectations with regard to property management, office space requirements, furniture and equipment needs •Coordinate new hire paperwork requirements •Set up vendor accounts as needed, reviewed and approved office invoices on a timely basis and maintained cost accountability for services •Complete and submit time and expense reports •Maintain calendars and coordinate local meetings and conference calls •Manage executive travel profiles and coordinate travel arrangements •Assist with the preparation of proposals •Act as a liaison between the office and Office Director as well as various corporate departments to reflect the needs and opinions of the departmental needs, initiatives and practices
