Daily Duties at Mtv Networks:
•Answer telephones and direct callers to appropriate departments •Greet clients and accommodate them with their needs •Schedule and confirm conference room availability •Active participant in Reception Committee whose focus is to improve quality control of reception team •Assist Human Resources with special projects; coordination and distribution of training & development materials
