Daily Duties at Primary Natural Resources:

• Implemented an entire office from start-up. Located office space and furnished it, coordinated every aspect of office operations and maintained excellent client relationships. • Supervised administrative support staff, coordinated personnel policies and employee benefits and processed payroll. • Prepared and maintained various accounting reports and state production functions. • Maintained the processes relating to the accounting systems and requirements. • Interacted closely with the President and CFO to resolve accounts payable, receivables and other issues. • Negotiated contracts and/or agreements. • Troubleshot and coordinated computer problems with MIS and maintained computer server, firewall, backups and updates. Trained employees on software use.
