Daily Duties at Ameriquest:
Responsible for originating, calculating, presenting, and the selling of consumer loans. Out sourcing as well as cold calling was vital in my success. File management, customer service, and underwriting, along with team building and continual client communication was often used for examples of “the right way” The first month out of training, I was first in revenue gained, and loans closed. Throughout my tenure, I was looked at as a leader, given the title "team leader". I would hold team-training sessions to help others succeed. I developed and implemented programs and ideas to further help team production and efficiency. Laid off due to corporate downsizing.
