Daily Duties at Apex Financial:

Worked closely with homeowners helping them achieve their financial goals through refinance. Responsible for developing, presenting and then processing of loans. I ordered titles, payoffs, bank statements, as well as cold calling and contact building. In addition, pipeline maintenance, and referral outsourcing were part of my daily tasks. I have excelled as an LO, becoming the Loan Officer of the month after only 3 months on referral business alone. With my help, this company has broken all previous monthly revenue records. I was used as a tool, and have helped others grow through knowledge and application.
