Daily Duties at Aol Llc:
• Maintained a 125,000 sq. ft. bldg. as well as the land it sits on. • Responsible for all building certification, licensing and inspections. • Served as daily Supervisor for 12 Security Officers, 6 Janitorial workers and 1 Building Engineer. • Responsible for conducting building tours to prospective company Leaders and Engineers interested in purchasing the building to explain the facilities attributes and respond to there questions. • Worked with local vendors and agencies to maintain and modify the Facilities as the need arises. This includes selection, bidding, on sight supervision and quality assurance of all work performed on the property.
