Daily Duties at Jenner & Block Llp:
Assist one Partner and three Associates in typing various corporate and estate planning documents, answer telephones; greet guests, visitors and clients; transcribe documents; prepare billing invoices for Partner; assist other Legal Assistants within the firm; input time for Partner and Associates; scan, fax and Xerox documents; search the web for client information; keep records or log of attorneys’ work assignments. Perform other secretarial duties including dictation and data entry.
