Daily Duties at C&C Machining, Inc.:
• Grew business from one customer, one employee in first year to 25 customers, 15 employees and over $1M in sales in year five. • Accountable for new business development and growing existing accounts. • Consulted with customers' engineers on their designs and provided recommendations, based on client requirements, resulting in ease of manufacturing and cost reductions. • Established and maintained relationships with business partners, engineers and subcontractors. • Hired and managed team of employees including supervisors, machinists, operators, trainees and office staff. • Developed and managed budget and supply inventory. • Implemented computer-based job tracking and management system to maintain state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques. • Responsible for scheduling, programming, tooling selection and quality control for all in-house projects. • Created Quality Manual required for bidding on government contracts. • Developed G Code programs for all prototype and production runs. • Successfully installed and implemented Windows Exchange server for use in shop and office
