Daily Duties at Pinellas County Goverment:
Inbound call center helpdesk, Trainer develop and update instructional/training manuals. Provide annual/quarterly reports, registers, transcripts and curriculum requests. Examine and resolve semi-complex end user software or hardware issues Classroom environment of 12-30 students and taught the following products: Microsoft Windows 95/98 & NT®, WordPerfect® 5.x - 8.x, Corel Draw® 7.x, Novell GroupWise® 4.x - 5.x, MS Word97® (Basic & Intermediate), MS PowerPoint97® (Basic)
