-- Top performer on the New York team maintaining a sales average of 110.76% through 2007 -- Achiever’s Trip winner for 2007 -- Consistently in top 5 sales persons on the sales floor through 2008 -- Prove an average of 30% growth on over 1000 clients under my management -- Identify and target needs and weaknesses of clients’ recruiting processes quickly and efficiently -- Create targeted recruitment strategies and presentations to highlight Monster Value while leveraging Monster’s market share, media alliances and partnerships based on needs, time sensitivity and budget restrictions -- Manage client recruiting providing constant customer service and on going training to clients on new and existing Monster products, adding value to and proving greater return on investment from current recruitment strategy -- Design and template job ads, job descriptions and websites to prove better branding, increase applies and deliver more qualified applicants while utilizing the vast infrastructure of support and tools established at Monster -- Work closely with HR departments and hiring managers of Monster clients to source and place the ‘perfect’ employee through a myriad of products -- Create and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and pipeline for enhanced pipeline performance and efficiency
