Daily Duties at U. S. Navy:
Accountable for managing Human Resources Department consisting of senior managers, civilian personnel, junior military personnel and contractors. Daily activities including customer service issues, benefits administration, grievance investigations, labor disputes and office administration. Held daily meetings with senior managers to discuss daily assignments and completion of previously assigned goals. Meet with civilians, junior personnel and contractors to pass down policy changes, assign tasks and discuss performance and personnel issues. Supervised 20 personnel serving customer base of between two and three thousand employees.
