Daily Duties at Ncs Healthcare:

Implemented pharmacy conversion to Rescot software platform. Provided training and support for all departments of pharmacy. Created and maintained pharmacy database. Served as liaison between all departments in pharmacy. Assisted with creation and in charge of implementation of internal procedures to ensure all charges were being properly captured and billed while maintaining a high level of customer service. Ensured compliance with all state and federal regulations.Responsible for upgrading and maintaining all desktop and laptop computer systems at the Van Nuys, Ontario and San Diego sites. (Approximately 100 computers). Generated adhoc query spreadsheet reports to guide management, marketing and purchasing. ÿ Created, designed, wrote and installed for the western region, software to work within the pharmacy platform for ordinary users to run various management reports and database QA. Responsible for onsite implementation of corporate purchasing policy.
