Daily Duties at Employee Services.Net, Inc.:
-Process payroll for over 85 clients using Payroll Associates software. -Assist in setting up new clients in the payroll system ensuring 100% accuracy for a flawless transition. -Resolve any payroll discrepancies in a timely manner. -Create the client-specific General Ledger and 401k templates to ensure proper postings for all new clients. -Generate General Ledger reports, 401k reports, deductions reports or any other report per clients’ request. -Assist in the resolution of any Federal and/or State tax issues that may arise. -Verify that all information is 100% accurate on the quarter tax filings before submitting to the Federal, State, & Local tax authorities.
