Prepare annual recruiting plan for areas of assigned responsibility factoring projected growth, availability and skill mix of applicants, geographic location and communications media required Develop Business Continuity Plan for Austin Site HR Department Support Management in Corporate Headquarters, Finance, HR, Security, Engineering, Program Development and Engineering Execute Professional Development Plan Maintain EEO compliance Lead IDS University Relations team in coordinating, managing, training, and executing University Relations between business unit and 10 targeted universities. Prepare individualized recruiting strategy for each functional area supported Develop staffing feasibility report for use in securing contract bids Effectively advise internal customers on methods, practices, and policy Selected by Executive Leadership Team to represent Human Resources on the Business Continuity Management Council Manage full life cycle recruiting for local business unit and Corporate Headquarters Implement and lead Job Shadowing program Selected to attend Presidents Round Table Discussion Achieved 88% Customer Satisfaction rating
