Daily Duties at Saic:
Managed Human Resource activities with emphasis on recruitment/staffing, compensation analysis, account management, new hire orientation, benefits, training and development and employee relations. Trained and mentored HR Support Staff, Junior Recruiters, Division Managers, Deputy Division Managers and Line Management. Advised Senior Management, Division Managers, Deputy Division Managers, Line Management, HR Professionals and HR Management on Staffing and Recruiting issues evolving from varying business requirements. Independently analyzed, studied and offered solutions to Recruiting and Retention issues and project plan delivery as an individual contributor and team member. Actively recruited: Environmental Engineer, Architectural Engineer, Civil Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Environmental Scientist, Planner, Geologist, Safety Engineer, Risk Analyst, Health Physicist, NEPA Specialist, NEPA Program Manager, Marine Scientist, Biologist, Air Quality Engineer, Topographic Scientist, Remediation Engineer, Project Manager, Mechanical Engineer
