Daily Duties at Callidus Software:

Lead Staffing Activities with emphasis on strategic recruiting plans, sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Determining organizational needs, current and anticipated. Currently provided ad-hoc and scheduled reporting with regard to personal and group metrics. Develop university relationships both regionally and nationally. Improve diversity recruiting efforts and outreach. Provide compensation negotiation, analysis and recommendation. Train and mentor Junior Recruiters on appropriate recruiting techniques. Instrumental in review and selection of Applicant Tracking System. Advise Senior Management on staffing and recruiting issues in a rapidly growing software company. Actively recruited: Electrical Engineer, Software Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Technical Architect, CRM Integration Consultant, Technical Trainer, JAVA / J2EE Consultant, Engagement Manager, Account Manager.
