Daily Duties at Taylor Consultants Inc:
• Developed curriculum, including activities and training schedules to assist children in the deployment process. • Provide multifaceted resources for eight (8) states and territories in region • Promote all National Guard Child & Youth Program Initiatives • Enhance outreach programs for State Family Program Directors • Provide technical assistance and training for State Youth Coordinators • Actively support families during contingency operations • Coordinate and assist states in conducting trainings, briefings, and forums • Assess need for information on school issues and child care resources • Provide and Develop Professional Development courses for State Youth Coordinators • Gather and analyze information regarding Guard family issues • One of two Adult Advisors overseeing Guard Teen Panel • Work independently to develop specific programs, policies, and guidelines • Provide training at local, regional, and national levels
