Daily Duties at Aquent:

Performed all East Region Recruiting Leader responsibilities detailed below as well as: hired, trained, and developed an entirely new internal staff, including account managers, recruiters, and administrative personnel; managed P&L for the Charlotte, NC branch; and continued to market the company’s services to current and new clients to expand market share. Served as lead recruiter for the East Region (Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, New York, Massachusetts). Developed a regional recruiting model and was then responsible for the execution of policies/procedures for that regional model. Directed all aspects of the recruiting of technical specialists, such as business analysts, system programmers/analysts/administrators, database administrators, and project managers, including sourcing, advertising, interviewing, testing, salary negotiations, hiring, and managing technical consultants. Coordinated local job fairs. Participated in the RFP and RFI processes for multiple clients. Generated leads to secure new business. Consulted with clients to devise forecasting and recruiting strategies for direct and temporary/contract hires. Ensured compliance with policies/procedures. Was responsible for the daily workload of 15+ recruiters.

I am currently looking for a great opportunity in the Charlotte, NC metro area. I have a very good recruiting background and more specifically, recruiting management. I am looking at all levels of positions as long as they are truly good opportunities with strong reputable companies.
