Ran a 5 year/ $14 billion portfolio for a 68,000-person high-tech Department of Defense aerospace organization. Despite unprecedented budget constraints, streamlined costs by over $600 million over a 5 year period without sacrificing service or customer relationships. Oversaw the day-to-day activities of 4 teams and 60+ personnel. Team leader for a 15-person matrixed team responsible for commercial and military space programs ($8.2 billion portfolio).
