Daily Duties at Af Personnel Center:

In charge of the professional development programs for 5 diverse management teams and oversaw all the human resources actions for 8,000+ members from requisition management, recruiting, hiring, staffing, and relocations actions for 3,000 members/year and managed a $42 million annual relocation budget Recruiter and staffing focal point for the aerospace and intelligence industries. Senior recruiter to several organizations and advisor to CEOs and senior executives on work force planning, organizational change, crisis management, team building, employee counseling and feedback, facilitation, and employee relations. Directly supervised 14 personnel and 5 HR teams on personnel management, retention, staffing, training, and leadership development issues. Career development mentor to 300+ mid to senior-level managers (below CEO-level) a year on staffing, retention, promotions, relocations, and training opportunities. Invited to speak at leadership development conferences/seminars approximately 15 times/year and hosted 12-15/yr leadership development seminars locally.
