Daily Duties at Quality Of Life Health Services:

Coordinator and Manager of day to day operations. Maintain and control flow of clinic operation and continuity of follow up appointments and regular scheduled appointments. Distributes and balances workload among employees and assures timely accomplishment. Monitors status of employees. Instructs employees on work processes and makes available written instructions by monthly progress reports. Gives on-the-job training to new employees in accordance with established procedures and practices. Resolves simple informal complaints of employees or patients and refers others to the Director of Operations. Reports to Director of Operations on performance, progress and training needs of employees, and on disciplinary problems. Makes suggestions to supervisor as requested concerning promotion, reassignment, recognition of outstanding performance, and personnel needs. Verifies patient eligibility, reviewing and verifying application for completeness and accuracy of information. Provides guidance and explains questions regarding changes or updates of services offered. Receives payments and explain fees. Maintain inventory and office supplies. Prepare monthly reports. Assist in interviewing new job applicants. Coordinator and controller of medical records. Reviews records quarterly for proper documentation. Maintain office file system. Maintain patient files and medical records system, update as needed with new information. General office administration duties to include clerical work in support of the care and treatment of patients. Scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, assisting in answering phone. Attend Management Seminars, Leadership meetings to stay current with company regulations, policies and procedures. Public Speaking and decisions concerning the clinic's day to day activity with patients and staff.
