Daily Duties at Profitability Publishing:

Provide administrative and management support to the Director of Administration and other personnel; Scheduled meetings and other events for Chief Executive Officer. Researches/maintains files and other reference material to organize and present information when preparing reports. Responding to routine correspondence; Operate automation equipment to perform tasks; operate all office machines, including personal computers, fax and copiers. Perform word processing, graphics, data base management, and report generation using a variety of software packages. Maintain standard office filing system, electronic files and records, prepares routine responses to correspondence and files as necessary. Maintains personnel records, controls supplies, ordering as appropriate to meet needs of all personnel, while remaining within budget constraints. Composes correspondence on administrative and clerical support functions of the office. Utilizes office automation equipment to type reports and correspondence in final form from rough drafts or brief instructions; Responsible for format, proper grammar and syntax. Use internet and research techniques to perform extensive research and obtain information for potential writers, licensee leads, and advertising leads. Achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly performance goals. Verifying and proofing draft and final draft of magazine before distribution. Maintains daily and monthly magazine mail out log to writers and advertisers.
