Daily Duties at National Linen Service:
*Provide administrative support to Human Resources Manager, Administrative Manager, President, Warehouse Manager, and Accountant. *Complete daily, weekly, and monthly operational and performance forms. Process staff time sheets. *Perform multiple office duties, including fielding and screening incoming calls, greeting clients, purchasing supplies, performing data entry, typing letters and memos, filing, and assisting vendors/customers with inquiries. *Direct and settle inquiries with customers and vendors. Administer information to appropriate parties. *Coordinate all outgoing deliveries using Federal Express, UPS, and US Postal Services.
