Daily Duties at Pacific Access Escrow/First American Title:

*Order appropriate documents: condominium, leasehold, loan payoffs, termite & survey reports, home warranties, and conveyance documents. *Complete timelines, release of mortgages, and closing folders. Review & send Preliminary Title Reports to real estate agents, seller, and buyer. Prepare opening package paperwork to send to buyer. *Perform multiple office duties, including handling telephone calls, typing letters and memos, outgoing and incoming correspondence, filing, and assisting clients with inquiries. *Review contract and accompanying addenda for missing documents and/or signatures. *Maintain inventory and purchase all office supplies.
