*Assist senior management with variety of tasks and projects including monthly client reports. *Perform multiple office duties, including handling telephone calls, typing letters and memos, outgoing and incoming correspondence, filing, and assisting vendors/customers with inquiries. *Field incoming calls with over six extensions; greet and direct incoming clients and visitors; guide clients to appropriate meeting room, assist with special mailings, computer system and general correspondence. *Receive, prioritize, and distribute all incoming correspondence; screen material; respond to requests for information; greet and screen visitors. *Assist in maintaining President's calendar; schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as required.
