Daily Duties at Citigroup:

Manage day to day operations of the call center to ensure smooth work flow and to achieve predetermined goals. Lead team of 7 managers in a manner that ensures high quality customer care focused on building and retaining valuable customer relationships and commitment to the delivery of value added products and services. Monitor, research, and evaluate technological advances in the mortgage banking industry to identify appropriate alternatives for enhancing current department operations. Evaluate cost/benefits, make recommendations, develop and oversee implementation plans. Identify and analyze escalated problems and provide guidance to team members for resolution. Develop effective policies and procedures to ensure timely, accurate, cost effective and excellent service to our customers. Efficiently allocate resources, set goals, forecast and adjust budgets in accordance with productivity and call volume. Staff recruiting and hiring, training, salary administration, performance appraisals, counseling and motivation of staff . Initiate and develop relationships with others businesses within the Citigroup umbrella in order to strategize how Citimortgage can help the parent corporation achieve its objectives and improve results. Lead the development of a new start-up site including, but not limited to, hiring, planning, scheduling, equipment procurement, budgets and structural changes to the building to suit new housing needs. Participate in national and international policy and procedure reviews and work within a global team to re-structure failed practices.
