Daily Duties at Level 3 Communications:

• Effectively managed multiple ASR (Access Service Records). • Provisioned, designed and tested transport layer of any trunks turned up for DSL customers on IP/MPLS core backbone. • Identified methods to improve processes in order to continuously increase efficiency. • Provisioned and tested any transport circuits necessary for IP deployment, including on-net waves or off-net peering facilities and facilities for MCS customers. • Designed circuits end-to-end, ordering and managing the delivery of off-net tails, scheduling of Field Technicians and testing personnel and contributing to testing. • Ensured requested dates are achieved and interacted with team members to manage timely completion of tasks. • Tested Network Facing Facilities in support of other departments. • Assigned CFA for customer access orders.
