Daily Duties at Gci/At&T:

• Participated in PIU change project in an effort to reduce AT&T's cost for several large customer's access circuits saving the company over $600k in monthly access fees. • Analyzed problems and anticipated project needs by performing pre-FOC and post-FOC quality checks to ensure no disconnects in error for over 1000 ASRs. • Ensured project goals and objectives were accomplished in accordance with outlined priorities, time requirements, and funding conditions. • Completed projects ahead of schedule and under budget while following ITIL standards.
